Bulgarian-Style Mushrooms with Rice
- mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
- rice - 2/3 cup (150 g)
- onions - 2 heads
- mushroom broth - 1
- butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
- water - 3 cups
- parsley - a few sprigs
- black pepper - ground + a few grains
- salt - to taste
Add the mushroom broth that has been dissolved in hot water. Allow the dish to cook 10-15 minutes, stirring periodically. As soon as the rice absorbs the liquid well, add the finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from the heat, put the lid on and let it stay that way for 10 minutes before serving.
