How to cook
Clean the cabbage and put it in boiling salted water to soften, then remove it and pour cold water over it. Leave it to drain. Separate the leaves from the core.
Make a stuffing from the finely chopped onion, fried in 3 tablespoons of oil, the mince, soaked middle of the bread slice, 1 egg and the spices. With it, wrap up the cabbage leaves, place them in a pot with the remaining oil and pour water over them. Boil until ready.
Prepare a sauce from the flour, fried in olive oil, and 1 cup of cabbage water. Leave them to cool and add the beaten eggs and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and pour it over the finished cabbage rolls.
