  • chicken - 1 whole
  • garlic - 4 cloves, crushed
  • ginger - 1 tsp, ground
  • curry - 1 tsp
  • olive oil - 4 tablespoons, or use regular oil
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste, ground
  • soya sauce - 1 tablespoon


Clean the chicken, wash and dry it. All the other products are made into a marinade.

Smear the chicken thoroughly inside and out. Leave it in the refrigerator to season for 1/2 hour, pouring on the marinade over it periodically.

Bake in a preheated moderate oven and put hot water in the tray. Occasionally, soak it with the sauce it releases.
