Ingredients

  • chicken livers - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 5 - 6 heads
  • tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g) canned
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • savory
  • oil
  • water - 2 cups (500 ml)

How to cook

Clean and wash the livers well. Heat the oil, put the chopped onions in it, fry them well and then add the livers.

Next, add the tomatoes and spices. Mix well and add 2 cups (0.5 liter) of water. Boil until the livers are ready and finally, season them with spices to taste.
