How to cook
Take the carp steaks and rub them well with salt, garlic powder and other spices. Put them in a greased tray, sprinkle some chopped parsley and optionally, coarsely cut up some onions and distribute them among the steaks.
Top the fish with a trickle of olive oil and cover them with new foil. Place in the refrigerator to season for 1-2 hours.
Then pour on the milk on top and put the carp in the oven to bake for 30 minutes at 392°F (200 °C). Thus prepared, the fish become incredibly tender.
