Cut the onion and mushrooms and sauté them in the butter. Add a little hot water, and once it evaporates, add the ham or bacon and let it stew. Season with salt, paprika and black pepper.
Salt the pork chops and arrange them in a greased oven dish. Sprinkle them with black pepper, pour in the white wine, a little more oil and put the pressed garlic in. Initially, bake them covered in foil, then remove it and bake to full readiness.
Serve each pork chop with the mushroom mixture.
