How to cook
Tear the cleaned broccoli into small florets, place them in boiling water with 2 tablespoons olive oil and a little salt. Blanch them for 2 minutes and drain them.
Cut the eggs into slices and arrange them on the bottom of a large platter or bowl. Transfer the broccoli to them. Separately, chop the garlic, fry it with a little butter and pour everything over the broccoli. Add chopped parsley or dill.
Separately whip the mayonnaise and cream and pour the resulting sauce over the broccoli. Optionally, sprinkle the salad with a little more salt and black pepper.
