Wash the fish well and keep it in a strong brine for 20 hours. Then put it on a grill to drain - for about 5-6 hours. Slice into fillets and arrange it in a jar.
Put a layer of fish, a layer of cooked beans, then sliced pickles. Put 3-4 black pepper peppercorns, 3 tablespoons tomato juice and add 3 tablespoons fried oil per jar. Sterilize for 2 hours.
