How to cook
Slice the onion into rings, mix it with the spices, chopped parsley and vinegar, rub the pieces of carp with the resulting mixture and let them sit for 2 hours. Then drain them, roll them in flour and fry them in oil.
If there was any roe in the carp, sprinkle it with flour and fry it in the remaining oil. Before presenting, add salt and sprinkle the servings with parsley.
