Ingredients

  • leg of lamb - 4.41 lb (2 kg)
  • butter - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • green onions - 2 - 3 bunches
  • onions - 1 head
  • salt - to taste
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • savory
  • bay leaf - 2 - 3
  • beer - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • garlic - 4 cloves

Preparation

Clean the leg of lamb well, wash and dry it. Rub it well with all the spices and add the beer, then put it in a greased tray.

Cut the butter into slices and spread them out in the tray. Add chopped onions and fresh green onions. Put it to bake covered with foil for about 2 hours.

Then remove the foil and bake to a nice tan.
