How to cook
Put water in a medium pot to boil. Chop the onions, red peppers, carrots, potatoes and add 1 teaspoon salt, a few drops of oil and a little black pepper to the boiling water, and bring the broth to a boil.
Make small balls of minced meat and roll them in the flour. Put in the rice and meatballs and let them boil. You can add some parsley for flavor.
When everything is cooked, leave it to cool. Thicken the soup carefully with an egg yolk.
