Of the first 4 products and 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water, knead a dough and divide it into 2 parts. Roll one half out in a buttered baking dish, so as to cover the bottom and part of the walls.
Sprinkle with the sugar and the remaining breadcrumbs. Cover with the second rolled out dough sheet. Bake the lazy strudel in a heated oven and cut it once cool. Serve the strudel with a little powdered sugar and flavor with vanilla.
