Ingredients

  • rice porridge - 2 tsp.
  • apples - 1/2 an apple
  • pears - 1/4 of a pear
  • adapted milk - 4 tbsp (60 ml) or breast milk

How to cook

The apple and pear are cleaned well and placed into a pot with a little water to boil until they soften. During this time warm the breast milk or prepare the milk formula.

The fruit are mashed. In a separate bowl prepare the rice porridge to which we have added the milk.

Finally, mix the porridge with the fruit.

A great afternoon snack for babies over 5 months!
