How to cook
Place the puff pastry on a piece of baking paper. Roll it out lightly with a rolling-pin and transfer it, along with the paper, into a 10″ (26 cm) tray.
Poke the bottom of the dough with a fork. Fold the ends of the puff pastry in several beautiful folds. Arrange horizontally a piece of Camembert and then the bacon.
Spread milk over the dough. Sprinkle with a pinch of oregano and a pinch of black pepper.
Bake the appetizing savory pie in a preheated 392°F (200 degree) oven with the fan on for 5 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 338°F (170 degrees).
Finish baking the puff pastry until it's nicely browned. It is very tasty!
