Chop the mushrooms and fry them until golden, add processed cheese, feta cheese, cheese and spices. When they melt and begin to get stringy, gradually add the heated milk to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

If the sauce is not as thick as you want, it can be thickened with flour or a boiled and mashed potato, and finally after removing from the heat, beat the eggs in.

This is ideal for soaking grilled and fried meat.
