How to cook
Take 2 phyllo pastry sheets, smear them with plenty of butter and dispense pieces of Turkish delight along their length.
Roll them up and place in a snail shell pattern in the middle of the tray. Similarly, arrange the remaining phyllo pastry sheets in a spiral around the first.
Finally, carefully make slits with a fork on the surface of the pie and pour on the rest of the butter. Bake in a preheated moderate oven to readiness.
