How to cook
Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil in a deep pot on the stove and fry the minced garlic briefly. Optionally, you can add finely chopped smoked meat. Top up with the milk and stir.
Beat the egg with the cream and mustard and add it to the boiling milk on the stove while stirring. Continue stirring until the dairy sauce thickens and add the spices to taste.
Pour over a plate of spaghetti with the thus made dairy sauce.
