How to cook
Peel the onion and sauté until golden. Add the paprika. Add the tomatoes, peeled and sliced if fresh.
Cook until the vegetables are soft and the liquid is boiling. Season with salt and sugar.
Thicken the sauce with the flour, dissolved in a little water. Chop the garlic cloves and put them in the sauce.
Sprinkle the prepared tomato sauce with savory herb. If desired, you can blend it.
