Wash the mushrooms and cut them as needed. Heat the butter in a deep pan, salt the mushrooms and put them to stew. Optionally, add a few cloves of garlic.
During the stewing process, add 1 cup of warm water. When the mushrooms are ready, remove them from the heat and mix chopped dill and black pepper in.
While still warm, distribute them in plates and sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese.
