How to cook
For this recipe preheat the oven to 356°F (180 degrees) and use a medium-sized baking tray.
Place the frozen puff pastry sheet on the tray and set aside. Do not cut off the edges, you will press them along the sides of the tray later.
Slice the cherry tomatos, as well as the mozzarella.
Add a layer of sliced mozzarella on top. Repeat with a layer of cheery tomatoes and season again with salt, pepper, oregano and basil.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Press the excess pastry along the sides of the baking tray, and fold them inwards.
Bake the Caprese Pizza at 356°F (180°C) for 40-45 minutes.
