How to cook
Wash the potatoes and put them in a pot, salt them and add water.
Boil until they're fully cooked (but do not overboil them). Once the potatoes are fully cooked, peel them and slice them into circles. Put them in a suitable baking pan and season with salt and black pepper.
Spread the diced butter on top, the diced pickles, the cream cheese, then the grated cow's milk cheese and finally the grated yellow cheese.
Bake the casserole for 30 minutes at 392°F (200° C), so the cheeses melt.
Sprinkle the cooked potato, cheeses and cucumber casserole with chopped spring onions.
