How to cook
Clean and peel the potatoes, onions and carrots.
Finely chop the onion and carrot and sauté them for a short while in the oil. Pour the mixture into a clay guvec.
Add the diced potatoes, green beans and tomato juice.
Season with salt and spices and add the paprika.
Add 1 cup water and cover the guvec with its lid.
Place it in the oven and turn it on to 392°F (200 degrees).
Sprinkle the cooked guvec with fresh parsley before serving.
