Ingredients

  • oatmeal - 10 oz (300 g)
  • peach jam - 1 jar (250 - 300 g)
  • orange peel - 1/2 orange
  • almond milk - 3 tbsp.
  • raw nuts - 1 handful
  • cranberries - 1 handful
  • carob - 2 tbsp.

How to cook

Grate the orange peel.

First mix the dry ingredients and stir and then add the jam and milk. You can use any vegan milk of your choice.

The jam I used is sugar-free. It's just roasted and sterilized peeled peaches.

Leave the mixture for a short while until the oats are thicken.

On a baking tray lined with baking paper, shape the mixture into cookies and bake for 10-12 minutes.
