Vegan Oatmeal Cookies
- oatmeal - 10 oz (300 g)
- peach jam - 1 jar (250 - 300 g)
- orange peel - 1/2 orange
- almond milk - 3 tbsp.
- raw nuts - 1 handful
- cranberries - 1 handful
- carob - 2 tbsp.
Grate the orange peel.
First mix the dry ingredients and stir and then add the jam and milk. You can use any vegan milk of your choice.
The jam I used is sugar-free. It's just roasted and sterilized peeled peaches.
Leave the mixture for a short while until the oats are thicken.
On a baking tray lined with baking paper, shape the mixture into cookies and bake for 10-12 minutes.
