How to cook
In a pressure cooker, cook the chickpeas for 30 minutes, then blend them.
You should get a sticky dough, which is formed as a base with your hands on the bottom and sides of a pie tin.
For the filling, mash the avocado and add the lemon juice, the finely chopped peppers, tomatoes and onions.
Stir and season with spices of your choice.
Spread the vegetable mixture on the base and lightly press it down. Leave it in a cool place to set.
