How to cook
First beat the two eggs and the egg white from the third egg, add the crumbled cottage cheese, milk and baking powder.
Stir the mixture and spread it onto each sheet and then roll it up and place in the baking pan.
Spread the beaten egg yolk, 3 tbsp. of milk and 2 tbsp. of oil on top.
Bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Serve the filo pies with a glass of milk and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
