How to cook
Heat a non-stick pan on the stove at a moderately high temperature.
Add a spoon of olive oil and sear both sides of the Camembert cheese, until it turns golden brown, flipping it periodically so it softens on the inside as well.
While flipping, add another spoon of olive oil.
Place the Camembert on a plate and add the blueberry jam on top.
Serve hot with toasted slices of whole wheat bread.
