How to cook
This is a recipe for diabetics. We have a family member who loves pumpkin and we solved the problem.
Wash and start cutting the pumpkin. After that, peel it and cut it into medium sized pieces.
Arrange the pieces in a large baking tray. Use 5 pieces of saccharin and dissolve them in two glasses of water and pour the pumpkin pieces and bake them in the oven for about two hours at 338°F (170 degrees).
Remove the baked pumpkin from the oven.
Serve the baked pumpkin for diabetics chilled, like all sweet things.
