Ingredients

  • For the patties
  • potatoes - 6 pcs.
  • butter - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • mozzarella - 1 oz (30 g)
  • permezan - 2 oz (60 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • parsley - 1 pinch
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • dill - 2 pinches
  • breadcrumbs
  • Garlic sauce
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • dill - 1 pinch
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • salt - by taste

How to cook

Peel the potatoes. Boil them in salted water with oil in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes.

Once they are ready, take them out and place them into a bowl and mash them.

Add the mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, black pepper, egg, dill and mix well.

Shape the potato patties by dipping them in the breadcrumbs.

Bake them in the oven for 30 minutes on baking paper.

Once they are ready, place the baked potato patties onto a plate and pour the sauce over them.
