How to cook
Pour cold water over the olives so that it covers them and boil them in it. Once the water starts boiling, strain them.
Transfer into a baking pan, add the tomatoes, season with salt, black pepper and parsley, add more water and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 degree) oven until it's fully cooked.
Serve with freshly ground black pepper and lemon slices.
