How to cook
The strawberries are cut and mixed with the sugar. Leave them for 15 minutes to release their juice.
Whip the sour cream with the powdered sugar. Slice the banana and mix it with the strawberries.
At the bottom of the cups or bowls, place a crumbled biscuit.
Pour 1-2 tablespoons of the cream on top.
Place the strawberries and bananas on top of the cream.
Makes several layers this way until you're out of all of the ingredients.
The cream is topped off with strawberries.
