Ingredients

  • lamb steak - 2 pcs.
  • for the sauce
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • onions - 1 small onion
  • curry powder - 2 tbsp.
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • meat broth - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 1/2 tsp.
  • tomato puree - 1/2 tsp.
  • dried apricots - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • black pepper

How to cook

Put the oil and finely chopped onions into a bowl and heat it in the microwave for about 2 minutes at full power. Add the curry and cook for another half a minute.

Gradually add the flour, mix well and add the meat broth. Add the sugar, tomato puree and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Put it in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at full power, so it thickens slightly and add the dried apricots, which you should have previously soaked in lukewarm water.

Heat a baking dish in the microwave for about 10 minutes at full power. Place the lamb steaks in it and press them down well. Cook for about 8 minutes and in the middle of cooking, turn them.

Pour the sauce you prepared over them and leave it in for another 3 minutes and then pour it over stewed rice and serve it.
