How to cook
Cut the meat into chunks and the leeks into circles. Peel the tomatoes and dice them.
Season the meat with salt and cumin.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan at a moderate temperature on the hob.
Fry the meat and stir it for about 10 minutes. Add the leeks. Fry them for about 5 minutes.
Add the hot paprika and mix well once again and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, stir, reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes until all the liquid has evaporated.
Stir the dish periodically so that it does not stick to the pan.
