How to cook
In a deep bowl, mix the strained yogurt, the crumbled cheese, the crushed garlic clove, the finely chopped parsley (or dill), the crushed walnuts, as much salt as you like and olive oil.
Add the peeled and finely chopped roasted peppers. Stir well.
Serve the salad chilled and garnished with a rose, made out of a roasted pepper.
