How to cook
Put the tofu into a plate and press it down with another one on top, on which something heavy is placed and leave it like that for a while. This is done to separate the water from the tofu.
When that's done, cut it into chunks.
The oven is heated to 360°F (180 degrees).
Mix the salt, paprika, garlic powder and flour into a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the soy milk with the ketchup.
The cornflakes are crushed and poured into a bowl.
Grab a tofu bite, roll it in the flour mixture, then in the milk and then nicely roll it in the cornflakes. This is done with all the tofu bites and then they are arranged in a tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the bites over and bake for another 10 minutes.
