How to cook
Dissolve the starch in 4/5 cup (180 ml) milk or water. Put 4 1/5 cups (1 liter) of milk to boil with the sugar. Add the starch solution, while stirring.
Add the vanilla as well and stir to thicken the cream. Distribute it in pre-rinsed with cold water dessert cups or bowls.
Sprinkle each serving with a little cinnamon, and put it in the fridge to cool or tighten.
