How to cook
Melt the margarine and add the coarsely grated feta cheese and cheese to it. Pour the baking soda in the yoghurt and add the flour. Blend both mixtures until you get a uniform mixture and then put the resulting dough in the fridge for 3 hours.
Divide the cooled mixture into a few balls. Roll out each ball into a small sheet and cut out triangles from it, that you then wrap starting from the base toward the tip in the form of croissants.
Put the raw scones in a buttered baking dish and bake them until browned.
