How to cook
Clean the spinach, chop it up and put it in the butter to stew until soft. Add the rice, then the water, about 3 cups (including the broth).
Leave this until the rice boils well. In hot oil, fry the onion and garlic, then season them with spices.
Once the mixture has cooled down, mix it with the yoghurt and carefully add the mixture to the spinach and rice.
