How to cook
Cut the meat into four pieces. Dip them in the marinate and let them rest for around 30 minutes.
In the meantime chop the carrots into sticks, slice the zuchini and onions and cut the peppers in half.
Grill the vegetables on a grill pan with a little olive oil and set them aside in a container with a lid. Then grill the marinated tenderloins according to your preference.
Arrange the fillets on plates, cover them with the grilled vegetables and the sliced avocado.
Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt just before serving.
