First boil the potatoes, peel and cut them into quarters as you would cut an egg into quarters. Then arrange them in a greased dish and put margarine or butter over them, the all purpose spice and chopped onion, carrot and parsley.
Soak with a little oil over the top, to keep the potatoes from ending up dry and add salt to taste. Then place them in an oven to toast. When they turn pink, they are ready. Bon appetit :)
