How to cook
Soak the gelatin in 2-3 tbsp. of cold water and allow it to swell.
Heat the cream and honey to a boiling point and them remove them from the heat.
The cleaned and peeled melon is blened into a smooth mixture.
The gelatin is added to the cream and it is stirred. Cool it down to a room temperature, add the fruit puree and stir.
The mixture is distributed into dessert bowls and is chilled.
