How to cook
Cut meat (cleaned of bones and fat) into large pieces and put it in an earthen pot.
On top of it, place the cleaned and cut into four pieces onion heads, peeled cloves of garlic, cut into rings carrots, bay leaf, black pepper and butter.
Add salt to taste and pour the wine and water over the dish, to cover products. Close with an earthen lid, with a small hole, and bake in a moderate oven for 2 hours, having sealed the lid with dough.
