Ingredients

  • nettle - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 1
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • rice - 1 cup, boiled
  • flour - 2 tablespoons

Preparation

Parboil the nettle, strain it through a colander and place it in a deep pot.

Add the egg, black pepper, parsley, rice and flour and then knead everything well.

From the mixture, form patties, roll them in breadcrumbs or flour and fry them in a Teflon pan with a little oil, turning them often to saute the insides.
