Put cheese to tighten for 30 minutes in the freezing compartment. Remove and cut it into slices with a thickness of about 0.6″ (1.5 cm). Put it back in the freezer while preparing the crumbing.
For the crumbing, beat the eggs with beer. Put the eggs and bread crumbs in 2 bowls. Remove each piece of cheese and sprinkle it with paprika, pepper and a little salt. Heat oil in a pan and put 2 pinches salt in it.
Every piece of cheese is rolled first in egg, then in bread crumbs and eggs again. Fry to an appetizing tan on both sides.
Fried cheese is drained on a kitchen grill. Serve with garnish as desired.
