Ingredients

  • vegetable oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • water - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • flour - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp (5 g)

How to cook

These biscuits are prepared without milk and eggs. Stir the water and sugar until dissolved, then add the oil, the flour with the baking soda and knead a medium hard dough.

From this, roll out a 3/16 sheet and using various shapes, cut out biscuits.

Arrange them in a buttered baking tray and bake in a moderate oven.
