How to cook
Stir the flour, egg, milk, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp orange juice, oil and salt thoroughly and allow the blend to sit for half an hour. Form pancakes from this dough and fry them in butter.
Fold the pancakes into quarters, place them in a suitable container and cover with a towel. Mix the orange and lemon juice with the sugar, pour it over the pancakes, add the heated liqueur and flambe it.
