Carefully slice the peeled eggs into halves. Spoon out the yolks and mash them. Mix them with the very finely chopped peppers and other products. Stir the resulting mixture thoroughly until it becomes a creamy mass and stuff the egg white halves with it.
Decorate the tops of the eggs with the dairy-garlic sauce. You can use a store-bought one, or prepare it yourself. To make this sauce yourself, you need 2 cups (500 ml) of yogurt, parsley, 2 sprigs of green garlic, green salad, salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
All the green ingredients need to be chopped very finely and then mixed with the yogurt and oil.
