How to cook
Peel the corn.
Make the butter, that you're going to use for greasing the corn, by mixing the two chili sauces, the butter, the pre-minced garlic and the lemon juice into a bowl.
Season with salt and black pepper. Spread the sauce generously on the corn. Heat the barbecue to a high temperature.
Grill the corn on the barbecue and make sure to turn it periodically and spread the remaining sauce on it.
Grill until the corn is done or for about 15-20 minutes.
