  • onions - 1/2 onion (ripe)
  • white wine - 1/2 cup
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • black pepper

  • red peppers - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. (if you're not using chicken broth, double the amount of olive oil)
measures

How to cook

First, wash the quinoa a few times. This is an important step before we start cooking.

Start preparing by steaming the onions in olive oil for 2 minutes along with the black pepper, the diced red pepper and garlic.

Next step - add the finely chopped tomatoes, pour the wine, chicken broth, add the quinoa, peas and parsley.

Stew under a lid for about 15 minutes or until the water has almost evaporated.

Once the liquid has evaporated a little and the quinoa is cooked, add the shrimp, mussels, boiled chicken and put the lid back on and stew for about 10 minutes.

If the seafood is frozen, leave it for 10 minutes, if it is fresh - 5 minutes.

I suggested this small amount to see if you like the taste of quinoa!

It turned out an incredibly tasty paella and it was loved by everyone who tried it.

The secret of this paella with quinoa and seafood is in the wine and broth. You don't get the same taste if you only use water.

Enjoy your paella!
