How to cook
Clean the mushrooms, wash them, cut them into small pieces and sauté them in the butter with a little salt and pepper. Mix both minced meats with the finely chopped onion and spices.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of hot water to make the mixture fluffy. Shape 5 patties and in the center of each, put 1 tablespoon of mushrooms and a few cubes of cheese.
