How to cook
Cut the pork into pieces and put it to fry in oil until it changes color. Sprinkle it with flour and transfer it into the pot.
Add the sliced in half small onion heads, the peeled and sliced potatoes, finely chopped tomatoes and whole garlic cloves.
Mix them slightly and add seasonings to taste. Pour in wine and some warm water, put the lid on the pot and seal it with dough. Put it to cook on low heat for 2-3 hours.
